Vegetable glycerin is a natural ingredient that carries its own wonderful benefits, but we can make it even more magical by infusing it. You only need a few ingredients to make a batch of vegetable glycerin that you can then use in many of our other recipes.
14-28g Decarbed Botanicals*, per cup of Vegetable Glycerin
2-5 cups Vegetable Glycerin
Note: Only decarb if using in topicals or if ingesting.
Place all of the ingredients into the Magical Butter machine and secure the lid.
Set your temperature to 130°F and then press the 4 HOUR TINCTURE button. You can also use the 8 HOUR button for a stronger flavor and deeper intensity.
After the cycle is complete, unplug the unit and remove the head of the appliance.
Grab a large bowl or measuring cup and secure your Purify Filter bag in it. Put on your Magical Glove, and pour the contents slowly through your Purify Filter, squeezing gently to get all of your extraction.
Add your infusion to a dark glass bottle, or other opaque container, and store in a cool, dark place.
For best results, do not pre-grind botanicals. Adjust botanical weight according to personal preference. Do not add water or lecithin. Refrigerate or store your Magical Tincture in a cool, dry place. Properly stored, alcohol tinctures may keep indefinitely.
