Ingredients
- 3 Cups all purpose flour
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1 TBSP baking soda
- 1 TBSP ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups dark brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 TBSP vanilla extract
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups sweetened flake coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
3/4 Cup Infused Coconut Oil
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (or Magical Butter)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix 3 cups of flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp baking soda 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tsp salt in bowl.
- Using a hand mixer beat ¾ cup butter and ¾ cup coconut oil medium/fast speed until smooth. Beat in 1 ½ cups raw sugar and 1 ½ cups dark brown sugar to combine. Add 3 eggs and 2 tbsp vanilla extract.
- Stir in flour mixture and add 3 cups of milk chocolate chips 3 cups of oats 2 cups of coconut flakes and 2 cups chopped pecans.
- Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Bake on 350 degrees for 16 minutes. Rotate sheets halfway through. Allow a few hours to cool. Eat to Treat!
