Ingredients
1 cup Water
1 cup Half and Half
1¼ cup Oatmeal
¼ cup Magical Butter
2 tablespoons BrownSugar
2 tablespoons Black Strap Molasses
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Dry Nutmeg
Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
¼ cup Hemp Hearts
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 Large Red Haven Peach (pitted and sliced very thin)
½ cup Sugar
4-6 Fresh Mint Tops or Leaves
Directions
Heat the water, half and half, vanilla, brown sugar, salt, molasses, nutmeg, and cinnamon over medium heat in the saucepan.
Add the oats and stir when the liquid starts to simmer.
Cook gently stirring occasionally over low heat for about 6 more minutes or until the oatmeal is starting to thicken.
Stir in the hemp hearts and Magical Butter and then remove from heat.
Let stand at room temperature for 5-6 minutes.
-Divide oatmeal between desired serving bowls.Smooth out the top of each bowl with a spoon to form a flat surface.
Let sit at room temperature for 25-30 minutes.
Place several thin slices of peach over the oatmeal on each bowl and evenly sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of sugar over each bowl.
Use a torch to caramelize the sugar, moving the torch in circles to caramelize the top evenly.
Garnish the top of each bowl with fresh mint. Serve and enjoy!
